Rich attack with strong texture, balanced by vivid acidity. The mouthfeel is supported by a slight tannin feel, a powerful structure and remains very refreshing with the acidity and fruity aromas. Good length supported by the fruity aromas.
This rosé comes from a great and generous vintage where we could extract a good proportion of “saignee”(bleeding) from the estate syrah.
Complemented by a touch of sangiovese and a good proportion of viognier, the long fermentation on lees has given a strong texture and aromatic freshness to the wine. a rich aperitif, it will also be at ease with creamy dishes around crustaceans, fish and poultry.
